WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?
One of the biggest frustrations some of our customers have is the shipping of their orders and understanding the shipping window in which we operate... so let me take a moment to try and spell it out better...
All items (aside from home decor) are handmade to order. Every order received will ship within 7-10 business days. That leads to the common question, "what is a business day?"
A business day is a typical work day... Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm EST). Business days begin counting on the day they are received if placed before 2pm EST. Orders received after normal business hours begin counting on the following business day. Business days do not include Federally Recognized Holidays.
EXAMPLE:
- An order placed by 2:00pm on Monday will ship no later than Friday of the following week.
- Orders placed during the weekend start counting on Monday and will also ship no later than Friday of the following week.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be received after they leave our facility within 3 days, depending on your location relative to us.
