Please provide the following information with first-time orders:

      • Business Name

      • Billing/Shipping Address
      • Email Address
      • Vendor Permit / Tax ID Number
      • Website / Social Media

 

TERMS OF SALES

Please use information found on our website and this line sheet when listing our products for sale online. Hi-Res photos are available upon request. Products must not be sold for less than MSRP.

 

ORDER MINIMUMS (Initial Order $400 / Reorder $200)

      • We request that orders are submitted in full case packs of 12.
      • Mixed cases are welcome, but there is a minimum of 6 per fragrance.
      • Additional minimums may be required for certain individual product lines and/or fragrances. Please refer to line sheets or speak with a sales representative for additional requirements.

 

ORDERING

Orders can be placed via email (sales@oversoyed.com) by noting item number/name and quantity desired. Pre-payment is required for all initial orders. Payment for local deliveries are due upon receipt.

 

WHOLESALE PRICING (RETAIL / DISCOUNT)

      • $200.00 - $400.00 / 30.0% OFF MSRP
      • $400.00 - $749.99 / 35.0% OFF MSRP
      • $750.00 - $1,499.99 / 40.0% OFF MSRP
      • $1,500.00 - $2,499.99 / 45.0% OFF MSRP
      • $2,500.00 + / 50.0% OFF MSRP

 

PAYMENT

Payment is available directly through our invoicing system with all major credit cards and bank transfer. Google and Apple Pay are also available upon request. Checks/MOs can be made payable to “The Privia Group.”

 

SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES

      • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.
      • We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Other options upon request.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are available if an item arrives damaged. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not available on seasonal or special scents.
