GETTING STARTED
First-time wholesale partners, please have the following ready when placing your initial order:
- Business name and contact information (phone, email)
- Billing and shipping address
- Vendor permit / Tax ID number
- Website and/or social media handles
TERMS OF SALE
When listing OverSoyed™ products online, please use copy and imagery sourced from our website and current line sheets. Hi-res photography is available upon request. All products must be sold at or above MSRP.
ORDER MINIMUMS
- Initial order: $500
- Reorders: $250
Orders are requested in full case packs of 12. Mixed cases are welcome with a minimum of 6 units per fragrance. Additional minimums may apply to select product lines or fragrances — refer to current line sheets or contact your sales representative for details.
HOW TO ORDER
Email us at sales@oversoyed.com with the above requested information. Upon approval, you've be given access to wholesale pricing. Wholesale orders can be placed directly through our website. Pre-payment is required on all orders. Payment for local deliveries is due upon receipt.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through our invoicing system. Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are also available.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks via USPS. Alternative carriers are available upon request.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All wholesale sales are final. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged — shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are evaluated case-by-case and are not available on seasonal or limited fragrances.
