How To Order
It's easy to place your order online. Once you've added items to your Shopping Cart, you'll follow a few simple steps to complete your order:
- Review the items in your Shopping Cart
- Fill out your shipping and billing information
- Confirm and place your order using your payment method of choice
- Print out your order confirmation number
We make it easy to come back to the items you're thinking about ordering. Simply log into your account, start browsing, and once you see items you may want to purchase, just add them to your Shopping Cart. Items you save in your Shopping Cart will remain there for 30 days.
Accessing Your Saved Shopping Bag from Any Device
You can access your saved Shopping Cart from any of your devices. If you’re browsing on your smart phone and see something you like, but it’s not convenient to complete the purchase at that time, just login to your account and add it to your shopping cart. The item(s) will still be there when you login again from your smartphone, desktop computer, laptop, or tablet.
Note: You must log into your account when adding item(s) to your basket to take advantage of multiple-device access to your Shopping Cart. In order to access items in your saved Shopping Bag from a different device, you must also log into your account on that device as well.
Flexible Payment Options
Our Checkout process provides you with multiple payment options, including:
- All major credit cards (Visa/MC/Amex/Discover)
- PayPal (Credit Cards or Check)
- OverSoyed Gift Cards
To pay for your order, either in part or in full, using a Gift Card, enter the Card Number on the "Payment Information" screen at Checkout.
Note: Bill Me Later®, now known as PayPal Credit, is only available through PayPal. With the exception of Gift Cards, only one payment method can be used per order.
Redeeming a Coupon Code
OverSoyed periodically runs promotions and special offers. These offers enable you to purchase exceptional OverSoyed products at a great value. Occasionally a "Coupon Code," may be needed to take advantage of the offer. The "Coupon Code" is entered in the Shopping Cart and if all requirements of the offer are met, you'll receive the discount associated with the promotion. Placing Your Order
You will have a chance to review and verify the information you have entered during checkout and, if no changes are necessary, you can proceed to "Place Your Order." Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged and we will notify you by email with your tracking information.
Placing an Order by Phone
To place your order by phone, please call the OverSoyed Sales Team at (412) 463-3830 between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET (Monday - Friday), 9:00 am - 2:00 pm ET (Saturday & Sunday).
Placing an Order with Separate Shipping Address
You can place orders for gift recipients in an easy transaction! At checkout, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address for the recipient. If you have an OverSoyed account, you can save the recipients' addresses to expedite future purchases. When shipping to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be accessed for each address. If shipment is a gift, please not that you wish for pricing details to not be included with the shipment. If the billing and shipping address(s) for your order are different, then no pricing information will be shown on the packing slip for your order.
Note: If you are using the online payment system PayPal, you cannot ship your order to multiple shipping addresses.
Adding a Gift Message
You can add a gift message to the item(s) in your Shopping Cart. Once you checkout, a text box appears that enables you to enter a gift message up to 90 characters in length. This gift message will be added to the packing slip.
The Convenience of Express Checkout
If you’re logged into your account, you can take advantage of Express Checkout. It automatically enters your shipping, billing, and payment information saved in your account, but lets you edit it before processing an order.
If you leave something in your Shopping Cart, we’ll send you an email reminder that lists the contents of your Shopping Cart. You’ll be able to easily return to your Shopping Cart from the email, or use the email to continue shopping.
Creating a Wishlist
If you have an OverSoyed account, you can create a Wishlist. The Wishlist is separate from the Shopping Cart and enables you to create a list of products in which you’re interested in a way that can be easily shared with others by email or social media. The Wishlist is great to use as a personal shopping list or as a way to send friends and loved ones gift ideas.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please call the OverSoyed Sales Team at (412) 463-3830 between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET (Monday - Friday), 9:00 am - 2:00 pm ET (Saturday & Sunday), or email us at sales@oversoyed.com. Please provide us with your order number and billing address.
Note: We cannot make changes to your order. If you need to make a change to your order, we suggest that you contact us by phone or email and ask to cancel the original order and submit a new order that has the changes you need.
All items are handmade to order. All orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Requests for cancellation after 5 days of placing your order will incur a 25% restocking fee. It's unfortunate that we need to institute this policy, however, as a small independent business, we cannot afford to make products only to have the order cancelled once they've been made, especially when we are very clear on our production and shipping times.
We pride ourselves on the highest quality standards, however the world is not perfect, and we all make mistakes sometimes. If for some reason there is something wrong with your order, we will make every possible accommodation to correct the problem. Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt. You must call or email us so we can issue you a Return Authorization Number or your returned package will not be accepted. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the consumer.
