RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We value you as a member of our family and care about your satisfaction!

We understand that it can be difficult to order new products online if you haven't experienced a brand before. We offer various sample and travel sizes in our bath, hair care, skin care, personal fragrance, and many other products so that you can experience scents and the quality of our handcrafted items prior to purchasing larger sizes.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped from us. For safety and hygiene reasons, this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, therefore we do not accept returns on any products which have their safety seals removed.

Moreover, we cannot accept returns on the purchases of gift cards or gift certificates.

Lastly, all sale and clearance purchases are final, therefore, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

We will accept returns and exchanges on our hand poured candles and home fragrance products provided they are unused and are in their original packaging.

If you need to cancel your order, please call the OverSoyed Sales Team at (412) 463-3830 between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET (Monday - Friday), 9:00 am - 2:00 pm ET (Saturday & Sunday), or email us at sales@oversoyed.com. Please provide us with your order number and billing address.

Note: We cannot make changes to your order. If you need to make a change to your order, we suggest that you contact us by phone or email and ask to cancel the original order and submit a new order that has the changes you need. Additions to existing order can be made within 24 hours. Any additional shipping charges will be returned prior to shipment.

All items are handmade to order. All orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Requests for cancellation after 5 days of placing your order will incur a 25% restocking fee. It's unfortunate that we need to institute this policy, however, as a small independent business, we cannot afford to make products only to have the order cancelled once they've been made, especially when we are very clear on our production and shipping times.

  • Your receipt (or packing slip in the case of web orders)
  • The credit or debit card used to make the purchase

Please contact Customer Service prior to returning any items for a Return Authorization Code to be included with your return for faster processing.

Please also include a note with your contact number, return address, and what you would like in exchange for the returned item(s).

We will contact you if we have any questions on the return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We pride ourselves on the highest quality standards, however the world is not perfect, and we all make mistakes sometimes. If for some reason there is something wrong with your order, we will make every possible accommodation to correct the problem. Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt. You must call or email us so we can issue you a Return Authorization Number or your returned package will not be accepted. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges to and from will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a web or phone order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service at (412) 463-3830 before returning the product.

In order to initiate returns on damaged products, USPS requires a photograph of any damage. Photos can be sent via email to sales@oversoyed.com. Please include your order number when corresponding.

GRANTED REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@oversoyed.com.
