Our Guarantee

All of our products are handmade to order. To maintain great quality of our products, all shipments will be processed on a date that will not cause the package(s) to sit in a USPS warehouse over a weekend. We guarantee that all orders will ship within 7-10 business days, which allows for processing time. We'll do everything in our power to keep you in the loop should there be a delay in order processing. Orders that aren't shipped within this time frame will receive an extra special gift for your patience.

We pride ourselves on the highest quality standards, however the world is not perfect, and we all make mistakes sometimes. If for some reason there is something wrong with your order, we will make every possible accommodation to correct the problem.

Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt. You must call or email us so we can issue you a Return Authorization Number or your returned package will not be accepted. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the consumer.
